Computer Hour

The ALS Radio Hour is committed to joining you in the fight against ALS.  The show runs live every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 a.m. PDT to 10 a.m. PDT and a rebroadcast runs at 9 p.m. on PDT on the same days.  The ALS Radio hour is an Internet radio station on www.voiceamerica.com and can be heard only over the Internet.  Requirements include an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape, and Real AudioPlayer, which can be downloaded for free at www.real.com

The ALS Radio Hour strives to raise awareness for ALS, to increase research spending, and promote ALS supportive legislation.  The show is also a forum for PALS, caregivers, and others to share their frustrations and successes with each other as they pertain to ALS.  It also encourages ALS chapters and support groups to be a part of the show, to promote themselves or upcoming events.

Currently, we try to reserve most of Wednesday’s schedule for local chapters.

Please contact Layne Stolworthy, associate producer for The ALS Radio Hour at Layne@voiceamerica.com or at (877) 311-9474 to request more information about the show.
